Reiki is an Energy Healing technique which originated in Japan. My favourite way of describing Reiki is like the Earth has an ozone layer, so does your body. Reiki fixes and patchs the holes in this layer, your body then has the energy to heal itself. Reiki can be hands on or hands off, depending on the situation and the preference of the client.

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a way of making changes in your life using the power of your mind. Firstly, hypnosis is like NOT what you expect it to be and hypnosis is NOT for everyone. During a hypnosis session, you are conscious the entire time. You will hear everything that is going on, there is no mind control at work. Footbaths

Foothbaths are a great way to detox the body and increase circulation. Reiki Exchanges

If you have been attuned to Reiki, join us for a Reiki Exchange. An exchange is a place where Reiki practioners get together and perform Reiki on each other. Often there will be other excersices and meditations that will help to increase and fine tune your Reiki energies. These Exchanges are usually held the fourth Monday of the month, but always check the calendar.

Discussion Groups

We hold discussion groups to help connect people of like mind. It is getting easier and more common for openly minded spirital people to meet each other out of chance, but why not take the chance out of it and come to our group discussions. You never know where the conversation is headed, with lots of minds being blown open and of course lots of laughs.

Lending Library

We also provide a lending library full of spiritually waking books. Simply come in, borrow a book, give us your name and phone number and then take the book home for as long as you need. There is no time limit, however, we may call you from time to time to ensure that you are still using it and that it hasn’t got misplaced.
